You must cancel within 28 days of your arrival date otherwise your deposit will be forfeited and you will be responsible for the full amount of the rental if the unit does is not re-booked.
Dogs are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee of $20 per pet/per night will be charged. Your pet must be supervised at all times. Under no circumstances are pets to be left unattended. Sorry, no cats permitted.
Special events require a 28-day cancellation notice. A $250 deposit at the time of booking, fully refundable outside 28 days. Payment in full + $250 refundable damage deposit due 7 days prior to arrival date.
